Terms and conditions of sale

Seller

Dorothée BARBOU sells the works presented on this site and remains responsible for each sale. The studio is located at 32 place de la Ferme de Richemont 33000 Bordeaux.

Order and payment

The sales contract is formed when the buyer confirms the order with payment. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included where applicable. Delivery fees are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery, with no reason needed, under applicable consumer law. Details are set out in the return policy.

Guarantee

Works are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Any claim should be sent to dotty.sculpture@gmail.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are determined under standard jurisdiction rules.
